A little more about me
On a personal level…
How I see the world has been shaped by my loves, losses, work, studies, friendships, travels and adventures. My personal experiences of grief, loss and childlessness have a profound impact on how I approach life and the business of living.
I seek refuge and restoration in nature and divide my time between the Blue Mountains and Sydney. As humans, we have an inherent need to connect with nature. Nature connection improves our physical and mental health, decreases our stress levels and improves recovery from illness. Pottering in the garden, yoga and reading are my other sources of inspiration and community.
What else about me? I’m an amateur photographer. Animal lover. Plant nerd. Music lover. Very slow reader. Poetry and quote collector.
This quote reminds me that through painful experiences can come new awareness which in turn gives us more options and choices.
